REAL ESTATE NEGOTIATOR

REQUIREMENT

REQUIREMENT

  • Minimum education level: SPM or above
  • Able to communicate confidently in English, Malay, and Mandarin
  • Strong communication skills, both spoken and written
  • Professional, proactive, and able to provide timely updates to team leaders
  • At least 1 year of experience in telesales / telemarketing / customer service

RESPONSIBILITY

  • Make calls to potential clients and introduce our products
  • Handle customer enquiries confidently, accurately, and with professionalism

FRONT DESK ADMINISTRATOR (FULL-TIME)

REQUIREMENT

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Minimum education level: SPM or above.
  • Able to communicate in both Malay and English.
  • Possess own transport.
  • Entry levels are encouraged to apply.
  • At least 1 year of experience in administration works.
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support sales agents and attend to walk-in clients who visit the sales gallery without prior appointments or last-minute arrangements.
  • Conduct basic product presentations and provide accurate information to clients in person, via phone calls, or email.
  • Assist sales agents with administrative and operational support, including preparing forms, photocopying documents, and handling sales-related paperwork.
  • Record and update all agents’ appointments and daily reports, including client attendance status.
  • Handle administrative duties and documentation related to the sales team.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls when required.
  • Maintain the security and organization of the office/sales gallery by following safety procedures and monitoring visitor access.
  • Compile and prepare reports required by the Sales Manager and Management team.
  • Be willing to travel and work at project sites within Klang Valley as instructed by Management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct engaging livestream sessions according to the developer’s and Company’s guidelines, including introducing property development projects and showcasing key selling points to potential clients.
  • Follow the livestream schedule set by the Team Lead and ensure punctual attendance for all assigned sessions.
  • Deliver accurate, clear, and honest information during livestreams to maintain professionalism and build customer trust.
  • Actively engage with viewers by responding to enquiries in real time and providing helpful guidance based on their needs and interests.
  • Assist potential clients in understanding project details, features, and suitability based on their requirements.
  • Maintain professional communication and customer service standards at all times during and after livestream sessions.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to ensure smooth execution of livestream campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Prepare and submit basic performance and enquiry reports to the Sales Manager and Management team as required.
  • Follow all instructions, scripts, and guidelines provided by Management while being adaptable during live sessions when needed.
  • Be willing to travel and conduct livestreams or promotional activities at project sites within Klang Valley when required.
